Columbiana Ford is locally-owned. Our current ownership has been in place since 2008, and resides locally, in Mahoning County, OH. Over the past decade plus we have worked to embrace the community, grow our business to service our clients and staff in the best way possible.
We believe that hard work, a customer-centric approach, and a desire to see our co-workers excel are some of the most important values our employees can possess. We encourage our employees to put their family first, and make sure we provide them with the tools to provide everything their family needs. In the store, you’ll find a relaxed atmosphere which promotes laughter and happiness. Our employees truly look at each other as if they are a family. We believe in training, a positive work environment, and our continuous approach to improve ourselves and our processes. Our clients will get an experience that surpasses their expectations
When we have an opening, we don’t go looking at other dealerships to fill that role. Nearly every member of our management staff has been promoted from within the company. General Manager, multiple Sales Managers, Finance Manager, Finance Director, Used Car Managers, Service Writer, Technician, and office staff all started in entry level positions. We look to train and develop all our staff to maximize their abilities within our organization.
Boardman Nissan believes that if we are to expect the local community to support us, we need to be active in supporting the community. In the past year our team has fed 100 families for Thanksgiving, donated hundreds of canned foods to Salvation Army, donated to Marine Toys for Tots, hosted a Halloween event for hundreds of children, and hosted our annual Vehicle FOR A Veteran Giveaway. We also have a strong belief that our children are our future, and that youth sports help cultivate the traits that we want to see in our own children; which is why we sponsor youth flag football teams in the Youngstown Youth Football Association. Finally, we run programs frequently for the area first responders, which are vital to our community. We appreciate those people that are selfless in their commitment to our community.
